Tetsu E-Bike Warranty Policy

At Tetsu, we stand behind the quality and durability of our electric bikes. Every purchase of a Tetsu E-bike includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty at no additional cost. Customers may choose to extend this warranty to 3 Years by purchasing our Extended Warranty Service.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in the following components of your Tetsu E-bike:

  • Mechanical Parts Damage
  • Electrical Parts Damage
  • Brake Damage
  • Missing Parts
  • Battery Damage

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear on consumable components such as tires, chains, brake pads, cables, and gearwheels, unless due to assembly or material defects.
  • Improper maintenance, assembly, or installation.
  • Corrosion resulting from exposure to moisture, salt, or other corrosive substances.
  • Use of the E-bike in abnormal, competitive, or commercial activities, or for purposes outside the intended design of the bicycle.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the owner’s manual or safety instructions.
  • Damage or failure due to accidents, neglect, abuse, or excessive misuse.
  • Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally provided with or intended for the E-bike.

Warranty Claims Process

To make a claim under this warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Claims can be submitted by contacting Tetsu Customer Support. We reserve the right to inspect the bike and determine the eligibility of any claim.
