Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts for the duration of 30 days after the receipt of goods, and requires a receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us by logging into the User portal, going to the orders tab and hitting the return button, filling in the form at the end of the page, or by sending us an email at contact@lnmotion.com. Send your request within 30 days of receiving your goods to qualify for an exchange or refund. Once your request has been confirmed you have an additional 15 days to arrange a pickup date for your goods. To be eligible for return, your bike must be in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if the item has been:
- Washed
- Used
- Damaged
Restoration Fee
Our Products have feelings too. Please be kind and treat them with respect. A Restoration fee of 20% of the cost of the item(s) may apply if they are not returned in their original condition.
Refund Confirmation
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have properly received and processed your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If Approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. If paying you paid by credit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill. If, on inspection, the item(s) are deemed ineligible for return (due to damage, void of warranty, modifications, etc.) you have an additional 15 business days to reclaim the item or forfeit your purchase.
Return Shipping
To return your products, please send us a request from your account, or through the contact form below. We will review the details and confirm your item(s) are eligible for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return process which could be a pickup service and negotiate the best fee for pickup. The fee is dependent from your distance to the Head Office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at contact@lnmotion.com for instructions on how to proceed. We will be responsible for all costs for any return of defective products, or products damaged on arrival.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This includes any changes to the product model, color, size, or shipping address. To ensure accuracy, please double-check all details before completing your purchase. If a change is needed after placing your order, you may need to proceed with a cancellation and place a new order, subject to the cancellation and return policies outlined above
Order Cancellations:
Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original shipping fee will be non-refundable. If the purchase was made through financing (e.g., Affirm), a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
