Extend the warranty on your new Tetsu E-bike. Feel secure in knowing that any unforeseen issues with your new purchase will be covered by Tetsu by a one time purchase.

All purchases of a Tetsu E-bike comes with a 1-year warranty included at no extra cost. The purchase of this service will extend that Warranty to 3 years.

All Warranties Cover:

• Mechanical Parts Damage
• Electrical Parts Damage
• Brake damage
• Missing parts
• Battery Damage

Warranty Coverage exlcudes:

• Normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, chains, brakes, cables and gearwheels in situations where there are no assembly or material defects.
• Improper maintenance, assembly or installation.
• Corrosion.
• Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competition, and / or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.
• Damage caused by failing to follow the owner’s manual.
• Damage or failure due to accident, neglect, abuse or abnormal and excessive misuse.
• Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the E-bike as sold.

Note: This service can be purchased within one month of purchasing your new E-bike, and is only applicable to one E-bike. After Purchase, an administrator will confirm the validity of the purchase and may contact you via email if any extra details are required (ie. if multiple E-bikes were purchased, or if the purchase of the warranty was made in a separate order).
