Sales and Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Event & Campaign Support:
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing events (webinars, trade shows, etc.) and campaigns (email, social media, advertising).
  • Lead Generation & Management:
    • Support lead generation activities and maintain accurate lead databases.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
  • Data Management:
    • Collect, organize, and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Content Creation:
    • Assist with creating marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, and presentations.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Market Research:
    • Assist with conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist with inside sales efforts, including answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts
